SESI could not realize its mission without the unique talents and contributions of its diverse group of professionals. Our culture, practices, and systems reflect our commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in all that we do to create an authentic and welcoming environment for all. Through efforts such as the creation of a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) steering committee to inform DEI initiatives, employee relations groups, ongoing company-wide DEI trainings and communications, DEI learning events, the creation of a company cultural calendar, and membership in CEO Action, SESI is committed to moving forward in our journey to become the most diverse, equitable, and inclusive company we can be.
